زواج المسيار

يقصد بزواج المسيار بأن يتم إبرام عقد بين رجل وامرأة تحل له شرعا، مكتملًا بشروط عقد الزواج وأركانه من إيجاب وقبول، وشهادة شاهدين، وموافقة ولي، وصداقا متفق عليه، ولكن تتنازل فيه الزوجة عن بعض حقوقها برضاها وبطيب نفس

  زواج المسيار جائز ولا شيء فيه، إذا استوفى أركانه وشروطه، ومفهومه تنازل أحد الطرفين، وخاصة الزوجة عن بعض حقوقها كالمبيت والسكنى

Misyar marriage means that a contract is concluded between a man and a woman who is legally permissible for him, complete with the conditions of the marriage contract and its elements of offer and acceptance, the testimony of two witnesses, the approval of a guardian, and an agreed-upon dowry,

 but in which the wife gives up some of her rights with her consent and
willingly.

Misyar marriage is permissible and there is nothing wrong with it, if it fulfills its pillars and conditions, and its meaning is the waiver by one of the parties, especially the wife, from some of her rights such as sleep and housing.
